Father ditches his kids after a crash.
On #10NewsThisMorning a boy runs down the street looking for help after his father abandoned him in a wrecked car. His face covered in blood as he talks to police about what happened.
The father is eventually found hiding in a nearby home. He said he had a diabetic episode.

Look at that supposedly diabetic all inked up get real

If all that happened was truly just a “diabetic episode” then he shouldn’t have left the scene. Especially when you have your kid with you. My suspicious mind tells me that there’s more to this. My guess is that he had drugs on him (possibly marijuana, for medical reasons of course) and needed to stash/dispose of them. That would explain why he was found at a nearby house. I would check to see if the resident of that house is a friend/coworker of his. Then I’d drug test him. Charge him with DUI if drugs are in his system. But, he should definitely be charged with leaving/fleeing the scene of an accident and something like child endangerment for leaving his kid there by himself.

Or drunk episode?

😔😔😔

You took care of us and my country, God Bless You! You have the right to defend yourself my brother <3

Haha, saw this today! Can’t blame him, though. That’s his house, something he paid for and someone decided to vandalize it. Shame.

Adriana Petrosino crazy! We just drove by it today 🤭

He's a vet made a way for freedom for you all seriously let this man be in peace

This man is very kind to stay in his house and wait for the attacker. I know a lot of people who will do the hunting to settle the score.

At least he knows his desfuction what's all these bad comments about this vet really what's your desfuction

People are fed up.

An upper level high pressure system combined with a weak offshore wind influence on Friday morning across interior sections will lead to even warmer temperatures across the mountains, deserts, and interior valleys where triple digit highs will become more common. The hottest temperatures are expected across the Antelope Valley where highs up to 108 degrees can be expected. These hot temperatures will result in Moderate High Heat Risk across many interior sections on Friday, with with locally High Heat Risk in some lower mountain elevations and across portions of the Antelope Valley and interior valleys of San Luis Obispo County. If you must be out in the heat during the late morning and afternoon hours, be sure to wear lightweight, light-colored clothing, and drink plenty of water or other non-alcoholic beverages. Otherwise, try to stay indoors in an air-conditioned environment and check on the elderly. Also, never, ever leave children, disables adults, or pets locked in a parked vehicle even for a short time! ...

My relatives live there i was there last October its lovely

Love sweetpeas!!

We lived there in the 60s..the fields were so beautiful the they smelled so good

Sweetpeas!!

headed there from Ocean Pines, Maryland

This is so beautiful

Beautiful sweet peas smell so good. such pretty colors this was one of your Grandmas favorites too. Thank you for sharing.

I lived there in 96 and I gotta say it was not a place for a flower festival 👀

Loved seeing the sweetpeas when we were out there. They reminded me of my grandma's garden.

Spent my first 11 years in this beautiful town. Surf Beach nearby, riding our bicycles through the flower fields and riding horses. Miss this little slice of heaven! 💙💙💙

Sandra- Have you been to this before? Do you know if it’s worth going to?

It's only going to be in the low to mid 90s. Hot is over 100.

High pressure will be building in aloft over Southern and Central California through this week. Hottest days expected to be Wednesday through Friday with some marginal cooling this weekend. Heat can be very dangerous so it is important to be prepared and take safety measures. Dangerous heat impacts can include: dehydration, heat stroke, heat exhaustion, heat cramps, and hyperthermia.
