Yesterday we shared the first part of a series from our Health and Data teams on a Southern California surge in ER visits that coincided with the arrival of Obamacare. In today's second part, we talked to doctors and hospital officials about how they're impacted by the recent crush of ER visitors.

Education, mobile health care and technology are some of the avenues hospitals are exploring.
